Cimclean APC31-124 is a liquid cleaner and corrosion inhibitor designed for use in high-pressure production spray washers. It is intended primarily for use in the removal of coolants, machining fluids and honing oils from machined metal surfaces.
Cimclean APC31-124 is mildly alkaline. The product is intended for use at concentrations of 2% to 3% by volume, and the pH of working solutions is in the range of 9 to 9.5.
Cimclean APC31-124 is designed to be effective in washers operating at ambient temperatures and is immediately and completely soluble in cold water. Solutions are heat stable and will neither break down nor lose corrosion protection properties in washers operated at elevated temperatures.
