Light to medium duty evaporative lubricant
Milform 2105 is an “evaporative” light to medium duty lubricant developed for stamping and drawing.
Application
Milform 2105 is primarily used to stamp and draw stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium cold rolled sheet stock of up to 1 mm thickness where post cleaning is prohibitive. The “evaporative” nature of this unique lubricant provides high boundary lubrication but without leaving unsightly residues that interfere with subsequent assembling and/or manufacturing processes.
Milform 2105 may be applied by spray, roller, drip or brush methods.
