Heavy duty evaporative lubricant
Milform 2320 is an “Evaporative” lubricant developed for high collar fin stamping and aluminium tube forming. Milform 2320 combines synthetic lubricant chemistry and extreme pressure additives.
Application
Milform 2320 is primarily used to draw high fin collars (typical up to 4 fins per inch) in the heat transfer industry. Milform 2320 is suitable for both aluminium and copper. The “Evaporative” nature of this unique lubricant provides high boundary lubrication, but without leaving unsightly residues that interfere with subsequent assembling and/or manufacturing processes.
Milform 2320 may be applied by spray, roller, drip or brush methods.
