Cimtech 500 is a fully synthetic metalworking fluid recommended for heavy duty machining and grinding of ferrous metals.
Application
Cimtech 500 is designed for ferrous metals, it should not be used on magnesium alloys or non-ferrous materials.
Designed for heavy duty machining applications such as milling, drilling, boring, and reaming of steel. It can also be used in moderate duty grinding operations such as surface, double disc, center-type and internal grinding. It also exhibits excellent properties as a honing fluid in combination with diamond honing stones.
Cimtech 500 can be used in individual machines as well as in central systems.
