Cimstar 35-270AO is a multipurpose, water-miscible, micro fine emulsion type cutting fluid concentrate. This high-performance micro fine emulsion is free of boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde releasing biocide. The Cimstar 35-270AO is equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, alkalinity, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.
Application
Cimstar 35-270AO is a general-purpose cutting fluid recommended for medium to heavy duty machining and grinding operations in the automotive industry. Cimstar 35-270AO is suitable for all ferrous and most non-ferrous metals. Cimstar 35-270AO is designed for use in individual machines and central systems, and performs extremely well when used in medium to hard water (typically 8 to 20 dH).
